The Ten80 Student Racing Challenge: NASCAR STEM Initiative is a "practice league" through which middle and high school students use electric radio controlled cars to create products and work together in ways that mirror professional motorsports teams, engineers and green transportation designers. Ten80 SRC is a standards aligned national competition league and a supplementary project-based classroom curriculum created by educators, engineers and industry partners over the last decade.

Outside Evaluation helped guide the development and verified positive measurable results from raised test scores to reduction of risky behaviors. It is designed to help youth, especially underrepresented minorities and females in middle and high school, develop confidence and interest in STEM areas while gaining applicable skills in STEM subjects.
